Fried Tuna Lilit

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg of ground tuna
  • 1/2 grated coconut
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 5 large red chilies
  • 5 small red chilies
  • 2 candlenuts
  • 6 red onions
  • 4 garlic
  • 5 pieces of lime leaves
  • 4 cm galangal
  • 4 cm of turmeric
  • 4 cm kencur
  • 2 tsp ground powder
  • 1 tsp royko
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Brown sugar

Step

  • Puree the spices: shallots, garlic, large chilies, small chilies, kencur, galangal, turmeric, hazelnut. if they are smooth, cut the lime leaves and mix. add salt, flavoring, brown sugar, crushed powder (check taste)
  • If the seasoning is fine, mix the grated coconut, tuna grind with the seasonings. stir until blended,
  • add flour (spy not crushed)
