Spicy Sweet Combro

Ingredients

  • 300 gr grated cassava
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Oncom Stuffing Materials:

  • 130 gr wet oncom
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pieces of chopped green onion
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cm galangal

Ground spices for stuffing:

  • 8 red onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 7 pieces of cayenne pepper (more if you like it spicy)
  • 3 large red chilies
  • 1/2 cm kencur

Step

  • Mash / Puree Oncom



  • Saute ground spices and galangal bay leaves until fragrant and cooked, add oncom, mix well,
    Add the salt sugar, add the cooking leeks until the scallions are wilted and the spices are completely absorbed.




  • Lift and let warm



  • In another container, mix the grated cassava, salt and sugar and mix well,



  • Take the dough to taste, then give the filling, then form an oval or according to taste,



  • Fry in medium heat in medium heat until golden yellow.


  • Remove, drain and serve, Yummy .... ❤❤
