Jamu Beras Kencur Jahe/ Herb Rice Galanga Ginger

"Jamu Beras Kencur is a traditional Indonesian herbal medicine that uses the main ingredients of rice and kencur (Kaempferia galanga). The distinctive feature of this herbal medicine is its strong aroma and the slightly spicy taste of the kencur used. Jamu nasi kencur contains antioxidants which can ward off the arrival of various chronic diseases in the body. However, you can only taste this substance if you can make kencur rice in the right way, from the washing process to boiling the herbs."
