- Slice the green onion, separate the stems and leaves. Chop the garlic, sliced shallots and chilies.
- Puree the oncom.
- Combine grated cassava and coconut. Enter the stems of the onion leaves, brown sugar and salt to taste.
- Saute the spices for oncom, cook until fragrant. Remove and let cool.
- Make a round / oval / free mold with the oncom filling inside, then wrap it in grated cassava.
- Prepare a skillet and heat the oil. Cook combro over medium heat. Cook until golden brown (yellow / cooked). Remove and serve.
