Special Combro

Ingredients

  • 500 gr grated cassava
  • 100 gr grated coconut
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • to taste Salt for Cassava
  • 1 oncom
  • to taste cayenne pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 spring onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper for Oncom Seasoning

Step

  • Slice the green onion, separate the stems and leaves. Chop the garlic, sliced ​​shallots and chilies.
  • Puree the oncom.
  • Combine grated cassava and coconut. Enter the stems of the onion leaves, brown sugar and salt to taste.
  • Saute the spices for oncom, cook until fragrant. Remove and let cool.
  • Make a round / oval / free mold with the oncom filling inside, then wrap it in grated cassava.
  • Prepare a skillet and heat the oil. Cook combro over medium heat. Cook until golden brown (yellow / cooked). Remove and serve.
