Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 25 grams of diced paprika
- 25 grams of diced tomatoes
- 50 grams of eggplant, thinly sliced round
- 50 grams of zucchini, thinly sliced (optional)
- 100 ml of broth
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery
- 50 grams of ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 boiled egg, sliced (for topping)
- to taste salt, ground pepper
Step
- Heat olive oil, add the onion slices, garlic, paprika and toats and stir.
- Add the eggplant and zucchini, pour in the broth, cook until the vegetables are cooked.
- Add salt and pepper, then correct the taste.
- After boiling, add the celery and tomato slices. Stir briefly then remove.
- Serve with sliced boiled egg as a topping.
